Lista do código para designação das línguas nas emissões ( ITU )

Em vários documentos oficiais e outro tipo de informação usa-se o código ITU - International Telecommunications Union ( União Internacional para as Telecomunicações ) para as designações das línguas escutadas nas emissões de radiodifusão, incluindo alguns realtórios de recepção e em publicações como a " Shortwave Stations of the World " ( Lista das estações emissoras em Ondas Curtas ) no World Radio TV Handbook.

Esta lista torna-se imprescindível na actividade de radioescuta pois permite identificar os idiomas das transmissões quando o aficcionado é confrontado com qualquer informação oficial ou escuta.
